Description

D1 performs 4 reps per set.
D1 retrieve & wheel the net. Pass to F1, F1 cycles for shot. Then D1 touch the dot &
backwards to goal line. Wheel & pass to F2. F2 cycles for shot.
D1 repeats passing sequence. F1 & F2 pass to D2 who slides along the blue line for shot pass or weak side F pass.
