Description

Purpose F2 and F3 learn how to cover D in D zone coverage (look for stick position, on ice, and for them to be in shot lanes.

Coach passes to D1

F2 goes hard at D1 in shot lane stick down to take away D to D pass

D1 can pass to D2 or back to Coach

If puck back to coach F2 retreat back to start position watching coach by keeping in the D shot lane,

If puck gets back to D2 then F3 whose lower in the slot needs to get up to D2 and pressure puck

If D2 steps to outside and shoots goalie should have the puck (easy shot)
