Description

On whistle. 2 F's try to work together to get puck from X who is playing keepaway in area.
Idea of drill is for F1 to PIN X while F2 retrieves puck.
Once F's have puck they head up ice for 2v1 on D until a goal is scored or puck is carried out by D (G release caught pucks)

Notes: Team vs. Team challenge. Make last team to 5 goals do laps/pushups.
