Description

Players start behind goal line. On the wistle player skate backward till he reaches the the cone. Player pivots and race forward to goal line to tage next player in line.
It's a relay race. If team uneven, have one player go twice.
Make sure players out of skater's way. Try to even up the teams for better competition.
