Description

player skates across ice quick as possible, just before circling first pylon recieves pass from coach. As the player comes around pylon they pass back to coach and skate over and around next pylon as they come around the pylon they recieve a pass back from the coach. they then continue with the puck toward the net completing the figure"8" and shooting on the net
