Description
X1 starts drill by driving around the coach inside-out with a puck . X2 drives around the coach the other way and net drives . X1 shoots for a rebound while X2 drives the net and plays it . Once this is over X4 drops a puck into the corner . X1 picks it up and cycles it hard to the BACK OF THE NET to X2 who has stepped off . X2 takes the puck out the OTHER SIDE of the net . X1 and O1 provide shooting options to X2 - 1 on each side of the net off the posts . X2 can pass to either X1 or O1 for a shot . X1 and O1 look for a rebound . O1 now starts the same thing on the other side
Notes: OPTION : play a 3rd puck from the other corner and run a scissor play off a cycle
