Description

Battle Zone Drill - 2 players in the middle of the face off circles 1 player with the puck with his back turned to the other on the whistle players battle for the puck,player with puck keeps the opposition between him and the puck. Other players cheer for their team mates and keep the puck in play. Keep it short, stop on whistle reverse roles and whistle again. Change players and keep the drill running fast to keep everyone involved.
