Description

Drill is designed to work on passing , goalie movement and redirection shots.

Set up as shown, on coaches whistle F5 makes hard direct pass to D3. F5 then skates out at full speed around tire while D3 makes cross ice pass to D4 and then D4 passes to D2.

As F5 goes to the net he does not go straight down the slot he fades to the weak side opening himself up for a one touch redirection shot off a pass from D2

Good passing is key so if you mess it up it will trough off entire drill.

After shot has been taken same drill is run from the opposite side

F switch lines after shot and coach rotates D players after several shots
