Description

Set up as shown, on coaches whistle X1 takes off down the boards and back hands a pass to X2 who has moved in over the blue line. X1 continues down and around the tire and receives a return pass and continues around 2nd tire and takes a quality shot.

This is a drill is a drill where you practice placing your shots and not just fire blindly at the goalie.

keep moving and pay attention as flow is key in keeping this drill moving
