Description

D start at ringette. Fs start at blue. On C dump in D retreats and picks up puck trying to SKATE it out.
Cannot cross midline of ice.

Fs must try to steal puck and score. Working together as F1 takes body (angle) and F2 gets puck. (It can switch so that F1 becomes F2 and vice versa.)

Compete against other side of ice for pushups.
