Description

Split the teams into two corners as shown. On the whistle the first three playeers in each line skate up the ice with a puck as fast as they can keeping their head up. 1st player curls around the first cone and shoots on the goalie then stops in front of the net to screen the second shot that comes from the 2nd skater that has curled around the second cone and so on with the 3rd player around the third cone. next whistle 3 more skaters go...
