Extreme Breakout

Description
Drill is designed to make hard accurate passes and create scoring opportunities.
Set up as shown, on coaches whistle 1st F in each line dumps a puck in around the boards and tries to have it stop behind the net they are attacking.
First 2 F on each side go as well as first 2 D, first D goes left second goes right. D must skate straight towards the end boards and can not start to curve until they have reached the crease area on the ice.
First F on each side goes to the low hash mark and waits for breakout pass, second F must skate forward over the blue line (meaning you can not go from your second spot in line directly towards the tire) then go around the tire looping down the circle in front of the net.
Breakout pass goes to first F and he hits second F , D & first F go to the front of the net while second F skates with the puck over the blue line and does a power stop ( not a big looping turn) then take a low tip-able shot to the net.
On coaches whistle drill is over and all players SPRINT !!!! to get out of the way and back in line, F skaters switch sides
Notes: If any soft passes are made, if any bad passes are made, if and passes are fumbled and if any pass id double clutched coach will blow whistle and all players will do 20 push ups
