Description
ON whistle both ends to the same thing. The coach wraps the puck around behind the net. X1 gets to the boards with X2 supporting. The defensman crashes down. X1 either passes or tips to X2. The Defense then has to get back and X1 joins X2 on a rush.
Notes: you will see some breakaway's and 2 on 0 on this. I really force the defense to be aggresive as we are really trying to work on the forwards working on those half boards
