1 vs 1 D-man Backpeddle

Description
-D-men start with puck in centre circle.
- Skate to blue line and make pass to F who does not skate until pass is made.
- D pivot around pylon and MUST STAY BACKWARDS TO RED LINE
- F receive pass and attack D 1on1. F MUST STAY ON WALL TO BLUE LINE
- Play 1vs1 to whistle (or stoppage)in far end.
Depth of pylon may need to be adjusted depending of BKWDS skating ability
Switch side after 3-5 times thru
