Description
Runs out of both ends
D1 gets their feet moving forward then backwards.
F1 passes to D1 when they call for it. D1 do a move and get your feet moving forward and make a quick pass to the forward on the wall.
F1 goes and shoots.
D1 walks around the circle. Repeats with F3
