Description

Position players, coach and pucks as illustrated.

D skates as illustrated changing to backward skating at faceoff dot.
Coach passes puck into the corner and D pivots facing centre of the ice and picks up puck.
D carries puck as illustrated, breaks up ice and passes to coach.

Run on both sides. One execution at a time.

D's in drill change with D's that are on the opposite side of the ice along boards outside blue line
