The Morgan

Diagrams

Description

Drill starts at both ends at the same time. D and F start out towards the front of the net and cross. D drops puck for F. F carries puck across the ice towards other end and passes to the D who has dropped puck at other end and is headed up ice. D receives pass and skates to opposite blue line, leaves the puck at the blue line and pivots to skate backwards. After F has made the pass to D, that player then loops into the opposite end, generates speed and picks up the puck that was left at the line and goes in 1 on 1 against D that pivoted.

Notes: Make sure you switch corners. Add a twist and switch up the roles.
