Transition from Box +1 to Breakout

Diagrams

Description

Set the players up in a box defense, with the + 1 forcing the puck in the corner. Once the puck comes loose, the C picks up the puck and skates to the quiet zone (behind the net). The wingers now proceed to their respective positions along the boards as they watch the C picking up the puck and carrying it to thte opposite side. C then has a couple of options:
1. He can pass the puck to the LW. C can then follow up his pass and cut through receiving a pass back.
2. C can either carry the puck out of the zone or make a breakaway pass to the RW who read the play and proceeded to cut across the neutral zone looking for a pass.
