Description

Xs are on offense playing 3 v 3 down low against the center and 2 D. On whistle, RW and LW take off down ice against 2 D. The puck carrier must pull up when he enters the zone to buy time. the C joins in the offense and the Xs are backchecking and playing defense 5 v 5 in zone.
