Description

Can run this drill as a relay race to increase intensity, and will work stopping in both directions.
Players v-start on Red line on signal.
- skate to first pylon and stop.
- skate back to red line stop.
- skate to 2nd pylon and stop.
- skate back to red line stop.
- skate to 3rd pylon and stop.
- skate hard back to red line. Take a rest.
