Stations (Full Ice): Dump Ins and Offsides

Description

Offsides: Player X passes to coach. Player O circles to blue line and receives pass. If players go offsides whistle in blown. Have them try as many passes as possible before taking a hard wrist shot.

Dump Ins:
Player X dumps in puck as hard as they can. Player O picks up puck and passes to player X, who has driven to the net.

Notes: Dump Ins: if players cant get the puck in far enough, start the O player down at the circle and send them behind the net.
