Description
Two pylon puck race:
This is a race to a loose puck in the middle - can be done in different variations:
1st variation: Tight turns - Forwards - tight turn around far pylon, back for tight turn around close pylon, back for tight turn around far pylon and first on puck gets to shoot on net.
2nd variation: stop at each pylon - there - back - there - puck -first on puck gets to shoot on net.
3rd variation: Forwards backwards transitions - Forward to far pylon, transitions to backwards and skate backwards to close pylon, forwards and tight turn around far pylon and first on puck gets to shoot on net.
Make sure - players switch sides each time to get practice turning in each direction
