Description

Drill starts with player in passing line passing puck to player on goal line. player receives puck skates out hard using quick steps and then uses crossovers to accelerate and go around circle behind net and wrapping with speed. The player then has option to jam strongly or go out a little further and shoot far post top corner. Have players alternate.

After shooting, player gets in passing line. After passer makes the pass he has to strongly skate along the red line to the far side and get in shooters line.

Options

Have player power turn behind net and attack near post instead of far post.
