small game board escapes

Diagrams

Description

small area game is designed to promote individual skills to escape. The game starts with coach passing to player near goal line. after she receives pass she runs the wall as defense tries to keep her along walls. the F (forward) player must commit 2 escape moves before they net drive or make a pass to other player. if passed to other player they must commit 2 escapes before net drive or making a pass. If the D players are able to steal the puck they become f players and process starts again. start with d players only playing body along walls so that the F players can work on escapes but once inside allow them to use their sticks.

Notes: while players are in game the non playing players should be working on partner passing or another non strenuous drill.
