Description

D line up at Blue Line on one side;
F line up at Blue Line on other side;
With D skating backwards, Coach dumps puck in zone;
D pivots and retrieves puck and skates out with head up;
F skates down to break out position on hash marks/boards;
D makes pass to F;
F carries puck out and circles around NZ face off dot and comes back in 1-on-1 on D

Notes: After several reps, alternate sides so both D and F work forehand and backhand
