Description
Coach Dumps puck into corner. All Players move at once. Center shadows puck movement
D1 goes into corner to retrieve puck. Head up and Angle into boards
F2 comes into zone to manage point and give option to D1
D2 Skates to faceoff circle giving option to D1
F1 Comes into zone to manage point
D1 skates with puck behind net
D1 Passes to F2 and continues to his now defensive area
F2 moves out of zone and goes around cone
F1 moves out of zone to join rush and goes around cone
Center watches onsides and gives passing option
D1 and D2 move up ice around cones and now play defense against F1, F2, and Center.
F1, F2, and Center move up ice to create a 3 on 2
Pass to get the goalie moving before shot.
F1, F2, and C follow through for rebounds.
