Description

Drill works several in game situations at the same time.

Set up as shown, on coaches whistle drill begins with the first F in each line making a pass to the D man just inside the blue line. F then continues down the boards and around first tire while the D men move with the puck towards the boards. When F is around the tire half way and facing D , D then passes puck back to F.

F then skates around the second tire and passes puck back to D, D moves towards center ice and takes a shot on net while F continues circling second tire.

While all this is going on the Goalies track and move with the puck while the F & D in front of the net fight for position , F for a screen or deflection and D trying to clear net front.

After shot is taken all players sprint to their next position and drill starts again on coaches whistle .........wait for whistle !!!!
