Description

Split team into two. Players start in the corners. On the signal from the coach the players make a sweep pass to the coach and start skating to the blue line. The players start calling for a return pass. The coach passes back to the player. The player continues around the outside of the cone and then takes a shot on net.

Notes: Goalies need to be aware that shots are coming from both directions so concentrate on one player at a time
