Description
High paced flow drill so after you have completed the drill get out of the way and back in a line.
First D player in each line makes a hard pass to first F in line, F skates out and around the top of the circle while D must stand still waiting for F to pass the goalie.
F now skates past the goalie and down around the bottom of second circle, once F has passed in front of goalie D who made the pass takes off after the F with the puck.
D tries to establish a good gap while working F towards the wall trying to rub him out of the play, F must stay between the dots and the wall.
If D rubs out F those 2 have completed their drill and can return to line, if D does not rub out F , F then goes in and takes a shot on net and both players get out of way and back in line and the next 2 D make passes to the next 2 F
