Perpetual Cycling

Description
This is 2 drills in 1 so please continue watching after the forwards have completed because there is a 5 second delay before the D portion starts, note both drills will be going on at the same time.
Forwards, line up as shown with the same number of players on each side.
On the whistle first player skates down toward the goal line with a puck, as he turns toward the net he makes a small drop pass or just leaves the puck for the next player, the next player cant leave until the player ahead of him reaches the goal line.
This drill is done in groups of 3 and the players continue circling around the tire repeating the drop or bounce pass until all players have done it twice, the 3rd player keeps the puck and comes out in front of net and takes a shot on net.
After making your required cycling passes or shot sprint across the ice to get in line on the opposite side. Next group on each side goes once the shot on their side has been taken.
For the D line up as shown and D coach will start you.
Sprint forward to cone 1 and do a pivot then skate backward toward the boards,to make sure you come back far enough you bang the boards with your stick.
Once you reach the boards explode forward toward cone 2 and again pivot and skate backward to cone 3 doing a reverse snow plow stop and again exploding forward to the far side boards where you do a power stop again banging the boards.
Line up and once all D have completed drill do the same thing heading back the opposite direction.
Do once each direction without a puck and once each direction with a puck.
