Description

-On the whistle red X1 starts out making pass to X2, X1 follows pass, X2 pass to X3, X2 follows pass, X3 passes to X4, X3 follows pass, X4 reverse escapes to the goal line and out making moves around PEP's, drill continues. Blue 01 starts when red X4 escapes.

Notes: -After a few repetitions have the players stop in front of the net for deflections
-Add optional coach in the centre of the ice for a give and go pass from breaking player
-Adjust PEP's to challenge the players, change the pattern on one side for variation and creativity
