Description

Puck control, Footwork & Shooting

Set up as shown, drill starts with X2 passing hard to X1 who then takes off either direction.

Going out and around top tire and then skates a figure 8 through the tires coming out facing the net and taking a shot, low & hard.

X1 then goes between extra net and tire and sets up for 2nd pass from X2 and then takes off the opposite direction as he went the first time repeating the same drill.

After X2 makes 2nd pass he skates to where X1 started the drill and X3 takes X2's spot facing X3 the entire time.

X3 then makes a pass to X2 once X1 has turned around last tire in his sequence and is getting ready to shoot, drill continues.
