Description

Footwork , Agility & Shooting

High paced drill so be alert.

Start with X1 skating hard to the inside of the tire in front of him and pivoting around the tire while controlling the puck and facing the goalie at all times.

Circle first tire and continue figure 8 doing the same thing around second tire and skating to the back of extra net coming to a stop for a split second. After stopping come out from behind extra net on the same side you came from and take a quick hard shot.

When player X1 comes to his stop behind extra net O1 then starts his drill repeating what X1 did.

If you do not score with your shot you must retrieve your puck and skate back into line, full speed.
