Description

Both ends start together on whistle.
1. X1's curl to middle and receive pass from X2, respectively. Black
2. X1's go for shot. Black
3. X2's swing toward opposite line, receive passes from X3's. Blue...
3A. X2's go length of ice for shot
3Aa. X1's backcheck on X2's after shooting.
3Ab. X2's become new X1's. This is continuous.
3B. X2 passes to original end X3 in middle (Red)or X1 (Green) and joins rush.
3C. X2's become new X1's. This drill is continuous.

Notes: Will take a few practices to get 3C.
