Description

This is a very simple shooting drill.

Players surround the goalie in a semi-circle roughly around the hash marks.

Coach has a bunch of pucks behind the goaline.

Coach passes to the player, the player receives the pass and then shoots.

Goalie guards post, and then quickly moves out to challenge the shooter and get square.

Players should try to smoothly receive the pass, and then shoot in one smooth motion to give a quick release.
