Transition Stop and Go

Diagrams

Description

-X1 starts with the puck attacking on the weak side to the top of the PEP transitioning backwards still with the puck. As X approaches the blade of the stick, the puck goes under, stop, slide the puck under for a quick take off.

Notes: -For a variation make the player cut across the top of the PEP while sliding the puck under after taking off from the two foot stop.
-Then add a small PEP at the top for a quick change of direction.
