Description

One side will work forecheck while opposite will work breakout. Drill starts as coaches dump puck into opposite corners. Forwards circle center ice and set up their forecheck or their breakout.

Opportunity for coach to teach their forecheck and breakout systems.

Drill works with 2 lines at a time. Substitute or rotate lines as needed.
