Description

Left ice:

F passes to D.

F skates around cone and drives hard to the net.

D with stack of pucks shoots. F tries to deflect and get rebound if there's a goaltender.

D that received the pass shoots. F tries to deflect and get rebound if there's a goaltender.

Notes: Variant:

F makes a crisp pass to D.

F skates the half circle towards the net.

Far D takes a shot when 1 is at the net for a deflection. F1 trips to deflect and jump on the rebound.

F1 repeats for Dmiddle D and D that received the pass.

Once sequence over, D1 goes to D2, D2 goes to D3 and D3 goes to D4 and D4 goes to D1.
