Stickhandle warm-up

Diagrams

Description

On the whistle, players leave from all four corners and carry a puck into the center circle, where they stickhandle around inside the circle and protect their puck from the other players.
When the coach whistles, the first player out of the circle heads straight to the net to take a shot. The second player must read that the other player is going to take his shot, so he skates around the cones on the blue line before heading to the net for his shot.

Notes: -Players must stickhandle with their heads up to avoid collision.
-Make sure they do not just skate around in a circle in the middle. They should be performing starts and stops, sharp turns, etc. Be creative.
