Description

Coach starts with pass to D1.
D1 drags puck down below the circle and passes to D2.
D1 pivots and skates behind net receiving return pass from D2
D1 passes to D3 and then skates to the hash mark to take D3's place.
D3 makes return pass to D1, and D1 returns pass to D3 for a shot on net.
If D3 is right hand shot, then he should open up for a one-timer

Repeat from the other side.

The light grey represents the movement of players after each rep.

Notes: Defense specific passing and movement drill
