Description

Players start in the corner with a puck. On the coaches signal the player skates along the boards towards the coach and banks the puck off the boards while the player takes the inside.

Notes: Make sure the player is using the proper bank. If the player is on the forehand side make they use the back hand when banking. After a few rotations switch to the other corner.
