D line in middle. F lines in the corners. On whistle, F1 starts with puck next to d lines. Skates towards and passes to F2 at top of the circle. Rink turn behind f2 and get return pass. D1 shadows f1 and pinches before redline. F2 Backchecks and gets puck. Rink turn past d line and passes to F3....Continuous
