Description

1st Drill- (Top Left Side of rink)
Coach skates up wall, gets to hash and D1 dives. He receives pass for shot.

2nd Progression (in red)
Coach skates up wall. D1 dives, continues his route thru middle and to weak side.
D2 gets to middle of ice and receives a pass from coach. He then makes pass to D1 who takes shot.

2nd Drill (Right Side of rink)
Coach skates up wall, gets to hash and activates D3. D3 skates thru middle and gets to weak side. D4 gets to middle of ice. Dependent on handidness Coach will either give D4 a pass for a one times or coach will continue to roll and D4 comes over the top, receives pass and skates in for shot.
