Description

LEFT SIDE OF RINK
X1 closes time and space, playing O1's back shoulder with good stick position, looking to play through his hands and kill play. X1 then reports back to net and plays O2 the same way.

2ND DRILL - RIGHT SIDE OF RINK
Players pair up. All Xs will engage Os looking to play back shoulder forcing up wall away from net using good stick detail.
Os will cut back, and X must use proper stick detail to engage and play through hands killing play.
