Description

• Drill 1: X1 starts outside through pylons then drive outside lane off wing Russian curl and drive to middle for shot; proper wing stop and drive to middle for shot.
• Drill 2: O1 starts outside and circles cone; then goes inside of next cone and circles cone; repeat; then drive to blue line scull to cone and do a heel cut to middle drive net and shoot
• Change lines after shot
• Start after player clears near blue line
