High/Low Post Up

Description
All players start with a Puck
O skate the same pattern on both ends and X skate the same pattern
X skates LOW with the puck around the near blueline faceoff dots and comes back to take a shot on the same end. After shot X stops on net and goes towards O line to get a puck. X then skates up ice and makes a pass to the coach (this could be a Dman). X continures to follow pass supporting the puck.
O skates HIGH with the puck around the far blueline face off dots and comes back to take a shot on the same end. After shot O stops on net and then leaves the zone to post up just outside the blueline. X then gets a pass from the coach and walks off the wall to go down 2-0 with O.
Notes: Coach/Dman has the option to passing to X or O.
