Description

1st Portion
X1 on retrieval. O1 close time and space, play on back shoulder. O2 plays off O1 hip, creating outnumber situation. X2 in high side slot. O4 play on X2, ready to close wall. O3 play between net and X2. X D ARE NOT AN OPTION.

2nd Portion
On whistle, X3 activates. O3 close time and space, play off back shoulder, close time and space with proper stick detail. O2 plays off O3 hip, getting on defensive side of X1. O1 reports to net front and plays between net and X2 who is in high side slot. O5 gets to wall, O4 get to low slot area. X D ARE NOT AN OPTION.

3rd Portion (in Blue)
On whistle, coach will simulate a long cycle. X3 retrieve, Os defend. X D ARE NOW OPTIONS.

4th Portion (In Green)
On whistle, coach places puck in NZ for a NZ regroup
