Description

On whistle F passes to D on blueline and moves to slot . D steps off boards and shoots on net through screen .

After shot D skates hard through N-zone Pivots backward around face-off dot to recieve pass from Coach

D hits F with pass who has regrouped around face off dots in N-Zone then takes puck to net.

Notes: Quick passing , hard skating
Forward regrouping has to be closer to red line to support D
Can change d man to pivot inside or out
Can use last D in line in place of coach to make regroup pass
Can use both sides of ice , better to find target through traffic
