Puck Handling w/ Sweethands

Description
X starts with puck and stickhandles through Sweethands across Blueline
X passes to coach and gets a pass back for a shot.
Puck handling Options
Do a variety of puck handling through Sweethands:
1) Stradle sweet hands, flat foot skate and quick hands through.
2) Stradle sweet hands, flat foot skate and handle with top hand only through.
3) Skating 2-3 feet beside sweet hands and do forehand extensions (keep both hands on stick)
4) Skating 2-3 feet beside sweet hands and do Backhand extensions (release bottom hand)
Shooting Options:
1) Give and go with coach
2) Drive wide around coach or pylon and shoot off front foot or stride shoot off back foot.
3) Cut back at pylon at top of circle to shooting position on forehand
4) Cut back at pylon at top of circle to backhand and quickly get to forehand for a shot
5) Drive wide down the Dots and cut back at bottom of circle for a forehand shot
6) Drive wide down the Dots and and drag puck to a shooting position (toe drag)
