Description

D1 set-up behind net.
D2 and F1 swing to opposite sides (ideally on forehand)
F2 on near blue line and comes across for support
F3 on far blueline on opposite side of F2 and comes across blueline for support.

D1 has option to pass to anyone available (best option is F1 or D1, but F2 & F3 might be options). D1 can also skate the puck if he has no pressure.
